Main description: A snow experience for every budget

This outing starts with the transfer from the meeting point near the lodging, located on Bustillo or Pioneros Avenue up to km 8. From there, we leave towards the Neumeyer Refuge, located in the Challhuaco Valley, an area surrounded by nature.

The main activity is a snowshoe hike, accompanied by guides who assist the group throughout the tour. The trail is easy, with several breaks to enjoy the scenery and take pictures. When you reach the Mirador del Valle, you can see the mountains and the Patagonian steppe from a panoramic viewpoint.

Back at the lodge, a complete regional meal is served with a starter, main course, dessert and beverages. To end the afternoon, we enjoy a fun activity: downhill skiing with culipatines on gentle slopes, suitable for all ages.

This excursion includes transportation from meeting points, guided hike, snowshoe and snowshoe equipment, use of the refuge and a full meal. No previous experience or special physical preparation is required.
